Do you ship to all 50 states?

When will my order be shipped after payment?
Your order will be shipped within 24 hours of payment confirmation (business days).
I made a mistake on my order. Can I change something?
Yes. If you need to make a change, email us within 8 hours of placing your order using the same email address you used to order. Please include your order number.
It has been several days and I still have not received my package.
Average delivery is 3–5 business days. If your package has not arrived after 7 business days, please contact us with your order number. Note that delivery times can be longer during peak holiday and festival seasons due to high mail volume.
I did not give you my unit number and I did not receive my package.
